Kamar yadda Sultan na Sokoto, Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III kiwon da zagayowar rana shekaru 10 kan kursiyin, da Muslim Rights Damuwa (MURIC), ya yi kira ga ɗage hukuncin na shari’a da ikon da gwamnan jihar cire wani Sultan.

Kira da aka yi a cikin wata sanarwa dauke da sanya hannun Daraktan ta, Farfesa Ishaq Akintola, kuma Ya sanya samuwa a ranar Laraba.

“Babu wani gainsaying gaskiya cewa yanzu Sultan ne mai girma kadari ga mutanen Sokoto, da Arewa da Nigeria baki daya. Sai Muka cajin Sokoto gwamnatin jihar ba ta musamman ya san kuma a kasancẽwa girma Sultan Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III. Wannan za a iya yi da ɗage hukuncin sashe na 6 Cap 26 na dokokin Northern Nigeria wanda ikon gwamnan jihar to depose wani hukuncin Sultan.

“Ba tare da nuna bambanci ga m iko na gwamnan jihar Sokoto, mun yi jãyayya da cewa tun Mataki na ashirin da 7 (a) na tsarin mulkin da NSCIA anka jagorancin Najeriya Musulmi a Sultan na Sokoto, da karshen ofishin da matsayi transcends da Sokoto Sultanate “MURIC ce.

Sanarwar nuna cewa kasancewa na ainihi shugaban dukkan musulmi a kasar, da shaida da Sultan na nisa-kai abubuwan.

“Baya daga kasancewa wani abin kunya ba ta kadan girma zuwa Musulmi Najeriya, shi ne iya haddasa na addini da tsarin mulki rikicin.

“Kamar yadda wani alamar girmama Najeriya Musulmi da a kokarin ajiye al’umma daga irin wannan abin kunya da kuma tsarin mulki rikicin a nan gaba, MURIC kira a kan ‘yan Sokoto majalisar dokokin jihar da sauri saita kayan a motsi ga kyautatuwa na Chieftaincy Laws of Sokoto State. Irin wannan kyautatuwa ya kamata madawwama a Sultan daga dethronement magana, “shi kara da cewa.

“Muslim Rights Damuwa (MURIC) taya Jagoran da Sultan a kan wannan Agusta lokaci. Mun kuma felicitate da gwamnati da kuma al’ummar jihar Sokoto, da Sultanate Council, kuma dukan al’ummar musulmi a Nigeria da kuma bayan.

“Mun tabbatar da cewa Najeriya Musulmi kawai ya fara tada kawunansu da girman kai, bayan da na yanzu Sultan ya zo a kan jirgin. Sultan Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III ya ba Najeriya Musulmi m, balagagge, tsauri da alhakin jagoranci. Ya abar tsõro ce kujera jagoranci da kuma zama a bayyane a cikin dukan sassa na kasar. Mun mamaki kocin fasaha da abin da ya hada Musulmi daga dukkan sassa. ”

MURIC bayyana Sultan a matsayin gaba daya detribalized Najeriya, a gaskiya gada-gini, da wani mutum da zaman lafiya, sai ya kawo musulmi kusa da Kirista makwabta.
